On the 31st October, due to the increasing spread of Covid-19, the Prime Minister announced a month-long lockdown in England from 5th November – 2nd December. We’d like to take this opportunity to advise you of the steps that we’re taking, in line with Government guidance.
Please rest assured that we remain committed to operating our business and serving your needs as normal – while keeping health and safety at the forefront of everything we do.
New and Used Vehicle Sales
Subaru’s physical showrooms and forecourts at dealerships in England will be closed from 5th November – 2nd December. However, Subaru dealerships will continue to operate remotely throughout November for vehicle sales. If you’d like to buy a Subaru, please speak to your local dealership about the contact-free processes in place to facilitate your purchase. These include:
- Virtual vehicle walkaround. Enjoy a comprehensive virtual vehicle walkaround from the comfort of your home and at a time to suit you.
- Free part-exchange valuation at your house. If you’re considering trading in your current car, we’ll come to you to appraise the vehicle.
- Click and collect. Liaise directly with the sales team at your local dealership to purchase a new vehicle and arrange an appointment to part-exchange your current car (if required) and collect your new Subaru at a time to suit you. There will be processes in place to ensure that vehicle handovers are Covid secure.
- Free home delivery. If you’d rather avoid travelling to the dealership, take advantage of free home delivery, including a detailed handover, of your new vehicle.
We have some fantastic autumn special offers currently available, so don’t delay – explore the Subaru range today.
Servicing and Maintenance
Service departments at Subaru dealerships will remain open; if you have a current booking there is no need to cancel. Our dealerships will continue to adopt enhanced cleaning and sanitation processes and offer minimal-contact solutions where possible. If you have any concerns, please contact your local dealership for more information.
