Competition Terms & Conditions – Subaru UK Ruffwear Dog Bundle Giveaway

Promoter:

This competition is organised by Subaru UK (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility:

Open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over. Employees of Subaru UK, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

How to enter:

To enter, participants must submit a photo of their dog “geared up and ready to roll” in the comments section of the competition post. Only one entry per person will be counted.

Competition period:

The competition closes on Sunday 31st August 2025 at 11:59pm. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted. The winner will be announced on Monday 1st September 2025.

Prize:

One winner will receive a Ruffwear dog bundle worth £160, which includes:

• Dog Harness
• Trail Runner Bowl
• Clip-On Hi-Viz Light
• Subaru Dog Frisbee

Please note: there is no cash alternative to the prize, and it is non-transferable.

Winner selection and notification:

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be contacted via direct message on the platform where the entry was submitted. The winner must respond and accept the prize within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in another winner being selected.

Delivery:

The dog bundle will be posted to the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide correct postal address details. Subaru UK is not responsible for any lost or undelivered items due to incorrect address information provided.

General:

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
