With the situation in the UK continuing to evolve as the nation responds to the coronavirus pandemic, we’d like to assure you that Subaru UK and Subaru dealerships across the country will continue to deliver essential customer services, in line with government guidance regarding COVID-19.
Protecting the wellbeing of our customers, staff and the communities in which we operate is at the heart of everything we do. As of 23rd March, all Subaru showrooms are therefore closed until further notice.
While Subaru’s physical showrooms are closed, many dealerships will be operating remotely to manage customer enquiries over the coming weeks. Alternatively, if you have any queries you can contact Subaru UK’s customer care team by emailing contactus@subaru.co.uk.
The essential service that garages provide in keeping the vehicles of the country’s key workers on the road has been recognised by the government. A number of Subaru dealerships across the country therefore remain open to provide ongoing servicing, maintenance and repairs – giving priority to service vehicles and the vehicles of key workers. In addition, many dealerships are offering minimal-contact solutions to help serve your needs at this time.
The opening times of dealerships across the UK may vary, so before you travel please call ahead to check that the dealership is open and happy to receive you. You can find details of your local dealership here.
Our roadside assistance teams are also continuing to operate. Additional health and safety practices, including social distancing, have been implemented to ensure that health risks are minimised.
At this time of unprecedented uncertainty, we remain committed to serving our customers and the country’s key workers as normal – while keeping health and safety at the forefront of everything we do. We will keep you updated regarding any changes to our services over the coming days and weeks.
Keep safe and well.
